Tilted – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tilted—including our streaming services, creator tools, digital marketplace, and any associated applications—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
 If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use Tilted.

Tilted is operated by Tilted Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use Tilted for personal, non-commercial, and lawful purposes.
 This is a license to use our service—not a transfer of ownership or rights in our software, branding, or intellectual property.

We may revoke this license at any time if you violate these Terms.

3. User Content & Streaming Content

3.1. Ownership of Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, stream, broadcast, list, or sell on Tilted (“User Content”).

3.2. License You Grant to Tilted

By posting or streaming User Content on Tilted, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Host, store, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform your content
  • Promote your streams and listings across Tilted
  • Make your content available to users and systems that interact with Tilted

This license is solely for operating, improving, and promoting Tilted.
 You can delete your content at any time unless it has been purchased by other users or is otherwise required for compliance reasons.

4. Digital Marketplace & NFTs

Tilted includes a marketplace for game skins, digital collectibles, and blockchain-based assets (“Digital Items”). By buying, selling, minting, or listing Digital Items, you agree to the following:

4.1. No Guarantees of Value

Digital Items may fluctuate in price and may have no inherent or resale value.
 Tilted does not guarantee:

  • Future functionality
  • Price appreciation
  • Market liquidity
  • Continued availability of third-party games or integrations

4.2. Ownership & Transfers

Purchases of Digital Items provide a license to use that item as described in its listing.
 Certain items may be tied to external games or platforms. Continued functionality depends on those third-party systems.

4.3. Prohibited Marketplace Behavior

Users may not:

  • List items they do not own
  • Sell fraudulent or misleading items
  • Circumvent marketplace fees
  • Engage in wash trading or market manipulation

Tilted reserves the right to freeze accounts or assets associated with suspected fraud or abuse.

4.4. Blockchain Transactions

Transactions conducted on public blockchains are irreversible.
 You are responsible for securing your wallet, private keys, and blockchain accounts.

Tilted is not liable for lost passwords, hacked wallets, or user mistakes.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Tilted to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property
  • Upload or transmit viruses, bots, or malicious code
  • Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm others
  • Run scams, impersonate individuals, or engage in fraudulent activities
  • Interfere with streams, chats, APIs, or Tilted systems
  • Manipulate marketplace pricing or analytics
  • Stream illegal content or content that violates community guidelines

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

6. Streaming Guidelines & Safety

You agree not to stream, upload, or broadcast:

  • Explicit or pornographic content
  • Violent or graphic harm
  • Hate speech, extremist content, or dangerous activities
  • Unauthorized copyrighted material (movies, shows, music, etc.)
  • Personal data of others without consent
  • Activities that endanger yourself or others

Creators must comply with DMCA and all applicable copyright laws.

7. Payments, Earnings & Fees

If you earn money on Tilted—through streaming, donations, marketplace sales, NFT drops, or other monetization tools—you agree to the following:

  • Earnings may be subject to transaction fees or platform fees
  • Taxes are your responsibility
  • Fraudulent earnings or chargebacks may result in account review
  • Payouts may require identity verification (KYC)

We may withhold funds if suspicious activity is detected.

8. Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your password and login
  • All activity under your account
  • Protecting your devices and wallets

Tilted is not responsible for unauthorized account access.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to Tilted at any time for violating these Terms or for conduct that harms the platform or other users.

You may stop using Tilted at any time.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tilted is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
 We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability
  • Zero downtime
  • Error-free performance
  • Preservation of your content or digital assets

Your use of Tilted is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Tilted is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Lost profits
  • Lost digital items
  • Loss of data
  • Marketplace fluctuations
  • Hacked accounts
  • Blockchain errors
  • Third-party system failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 12 months.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
 Continued use of Tilted after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
